Limited Edition Augusta-Inspired MyJoys

The Khaki Crusader on FJ Sport and Street

There has been buzz brewing over the past year on the PGA Tour and throughout the golf world about the FJ Sport and Street.  The Khaki Crusader is a golf fashion writer who noticed many top tour players wearing the Sport and he wanted to test them himself to see what they wear all about.  Furthermore, in what some consider a departure from classic FootJoy styling; the FJ Street has been building buzz over the past several months for it's trendy looks and maximum comfort.  The Khaki Crusander couldn't help but sink his feet into these shoes and here are his observations.  The Khaki Crusader : Focus on FootJoy

Gary Woodland Wins First PGA Tour Title

Gary Woodland (FJ ICON) won the Transitions Championship with a final round 67.  Woodland started the day at 11 under, 2 strokes off of the 54 hole lead and quickly took advantage of his herculean length with a birdie at the par 5 1st to close the gap on the leaders.  His steady play continued through the front nine as he finished with a bogey free 34.

His second nine was a different story; it included 5 birdies, 3 bogeys, and 1 par on the eighteenth hole to finish off victorious.  Woodland's power is usually the topic of conversation; but it was his putter that saved the day as he needed only 23 putts in the final round.   After the round Woodland said, "One thing that helped me was putting, and today it saved me...Luckily, it won me a golf tournament."

This is Woodland's first PGA Tour victory, it also earned him a coveted spot in this years Masters Tournament where his combination of length and touch around the greens could make him a contender.
