How do I get free shipping on FootJoy.ca orders?

Orders are subject to free shipping when the total order value equals to $150.00 CAD or higher (before taxes).

What is FootJoy CA’s return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) from FootJoy, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise with all labels and garment tags attached within 30 days of original purchase date. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Only items purchased on FootJoy.ca (CA) with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns.

What is the exchange policy?

We are sorry, but we do not have an exchange policy currently. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 30 days of original purchase date. Please see our Return Policy here for complete details.

How do I return my FootJoy.ca order?

Complete the form included with your order, indicating the items being returned and the reason for each returned item.

If using your original shipping box for packaging your return, please remove any shipping labels. Securely attach the pre-paid free return label to the outside of your box. Please note the tracking number so you have it for reference to track your return. Please do not use your shoebox as the shipping box when returning footwear.

You may track your return at www.fedex.com using the tracking number from the pre-paid label.

Please allow 14 business days for the receipt and processing of your return. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed.

When will I receive my refund for my return?

Our refunds are credited to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the item(s). Please save the tracking number (below the barcode) on the PrePaid FedEx label to ensure it was successfully delivered to our facility and is in the queue for processing. Does FootJoy Canada have a warranty policy?
